Siamese and American Short Hair mix named Yum Yum. A big neutered/declawed male with a great disposition. He's very affectionate - loves attention and sunbeams. All shots current to date. He would make a great indoor cat and gets along well with other pets. 614.554.4704
Sad start to life, but deserves a happy ending. . . .special needs-only has one eye. 3 years old female. All vet care will be done. Needs indoor home. Very affectionate & loving. ok with other cats & has been around children & dogs smith2000ll@hotmail.com
Shark is a neutered male who was born on May 2, 2010. He is really something else. He loves to play and chase the laser light, or a toy or anything that can be chased. He does like to run out the door so a home on a busy road probably wouldn't work. He just likes to go out and roll around in the grass, but doesn't run away. He gets along well with the other cats and the dogs. He just loves my husband and follows him around the house. He would make a wonderfully fun addition to any family. If you have any questions about Shark you can e-mail me directly at jcmorrow1995@columbus.rr.com .

Tan, male cat. Very affectionate. Litter box trained. He hangs around outside our house and I am worried about him as it starts to get cold. I try to bring him in as much as I can however unfortunately I have too many kitties. He needs a loving master. He loves to cuddle and hug. Please contact tjc@corbinlaw.com.
Meet Morris & Reo!!! They are looking for a new home. My boyfriend and I are getting married this year and he has a cat allergy. So sadly we need to find them a new home before he moves in. Both are neutered and declawed (Reo front and Morris all 4). Because of this they need to stay indoor only cats. Both are around the age of seven. Reo is the black one and Morris is the orange cat. They would prefer to go together but can be seperated if needed. Both are very sweet cats. Morris is very laid back, he likes to lay around and be lazy. Reo is full of energy loves to play and follow you everywhere. If you are interested in these beauties please contact sadiemay84@yahoo.com.

Male, indoor cat that I am no longer able to care for. I have tried very hard to find him an adopted family but have had no luck. I am moving and need to find him a home. He's very beautiful and loving. I've never had any problems with him and it breaks my heart having to give him up which is why I'm looking for a safe place for him now. Jake
Jake
This is Jake. Jake came from a farm where an 85 yr. old lady was caring for him, His Sister Jenna and their Mom. Jake and Jenna were taken away from their Mom because Mom was taken to be spayed and the kittens were very sick and needed medication daily (something the older lady could not do for them). Jake and Jenna are currently in foster care but when they are finished with their meds, they will be spayed and neutered then returned to the farm to live as OUTSIDE ONLY cats. When Judi (the Foster Mom) found out that there are Tomcats and Coyotes on that farm, that could kill these babies she got very concerned and got permission from the older lady to let her try and adopt them out. The older lady wants what is best for these kittens and has agreed to their adoption(s). Jake is doing great now and loves living in a home, playing with toys and eating wet (nasty, smelly) food. He has got a funny, sweet, loving personality and such a cute little face. His coat is gorgeous as he does not have the normal tabby stripes but it is marbled instead. If anyone is interested in giving Jake and/or his sister Jenna a home . I would love to see these two remain together as I think Jenna may be blind in her left eye and her brother takes such good care of her. However, if you can only adopt one, that is ok, too. I would hate to see these two babies become a meal for a Coyote or be killed by Tom Cats.Jake and Jenna will be s/n before they go to their new homes.
Jenna
Jenna
This is Jenna. A sweet, bit reserved little black girl kitten who is approximately 7 wks. old. She is smaller than her brother, Jake so I think she might have been the runt of the litter. Being the girl, she is a less ornery then Jake but she is starting to come out of her shell more and more each day. I think she is turning into a Tom Boy. When Jenna came to her foster home, her eyes were sealed shut with infection and looked awful. She was a very sick girl. She is nearly done with her antibiotics now and she is looking and acting so much more healthy except, I think she may be blind in her left eye. I have no idea how long she had the infection in her eye but it took its toll on this poor baby. She seems to be ok with it though and plays right along with Jake. When she and Jake are done with their meds, they will be spayed/neutered then returned to a farm where an 85 yr old woman cares for them and their kitty Mom (if she still remembers them) . Recently, I have learned that there are Tomcats and Coyotes on that farm. That is no place for 2 little baby kittens to be, especially Jenna with her bad eye. I am trying desperately to find homes for these little ones. They have grown to love living in an INDOOR HOME and that is where I would like to see them live for the rest of their lives. Please, if you or anyone you know are considering adopting a kitten, can you think about giving them a good INDOOR home. They have been thru so much in their short lives. Especially little Jenna. Poor Poor Baby. please contact Judi at Judedrah@yahoo.com with any questions. A adoption application and adoption fee applies.Thank you for any interest you might have in these darling little babies.
Smokey I have a gray cat that is in need of a home. He belonged to my neighbors. He has been neutered and has his rabies vaccine. My neighbors decided they no longer want the cat, and were going to drop him off without finding him a secure and safe place to go. I would love to keep Smokey, but I am unable to. I already have a dog and another cat. My family and I are determined to find a safe place for him. I am truly sad that someone would want to dump this beautiful cat. My contact info is Chrissy at 740-405-4377. Or e-mail at dustychrissyhess@gmail.com. (We at Whiskers hope that you help this wonderful person save this cat that was ready to be discarded. Thanks.
Sweetpea is a young girl, only one year old. She found us by showing up in our garage one day. She was nothing but skin and bones. She has a short tail because someone broke it in two places. She had a stomach hernia that would have been life threatening if not taken care of. Sweetpea had surgery and was spayed at the same time. She has fully recovered from surgery and has put on enough weight where we can try to find her a perfect home. Sweetpea has experienced aweful abuse at the hands of humans but remains a sweet girl. Not only dose she have a broken tail but she has several scars on her body that show how mean people have been to her. She is full of energy and loves to play, play and play. Her other side is very gentle and goes crazy to be be loved on and cuddled. She really is a great cat with very distinctive features and a unique face shape and fur coloring. If you are interested in knowing more about Sweetpea, adopting her or arranging a home visit please call Sheri at 614-592-0113 or Linda at 614-829-5357
George is a sweet handsome boy who was thrown out into the Metro Park by his owners. When we found him he was starving and trapped under some bushes of thorns. He is only three years old. George is very friendly and loves to cuddle like he is a baby. He never had a toy before and we found out he loves to play. George was attacked by a young coyotte and had to have surgery on his ear and head but he has fully recovered and is ready for a new home. He has been fixed and fully vetted with all shots. George loves to roam around the house, watch birds in the window and just be with people. This purr baby is very special and needs a home of his own. If you are interested in knowing more about George, adopted him or arrange a home visit with please call Sheri at 614-592-0113 or Linda at 614-829-5357
Black & white tuxedo cat named 8Ball. Very handsome big cat with luxuriously soft fur. He has been neutered and is current with all shots to date. He is a great hunter and loves to be outside - only goes to the barn when he wants to eat and sleep. He would not make a good indoor cat. He wants to be the king of his realm and not share his "people" with any other cats. He should belong to a family with him as the only pet. 614.554.4704
Whitey appeared on my porch. It took him sometime to trust me. He had a collar but no tags. He was dirty and matted. I took him to the vet for a bath and dematting. They estimate him at 10 years old and has been neutered. Very laid back (not aggressive to other cats). Very appreciative to having been cleaned up.
Max is the cat( grey and white also in background of the picture of Whitey appeared about the same time. He is friendly and likes to be petted. Has been neutered
If you are interested in one or both of these cats call Nancy at 740-400-4103.

He is doing well now and ready for a new and loving forever home, where someone will give him love and care he so desperately needs and deserves. He would make someone living alone a wonderful companion. He is litter trained and loves to lay on your lap and sleep. We have 4 kitties of our own and can’t keep him. My name is Norma. You can call me anytime @ 740-569-7680
Riley is a dark calico who is six year old female cat. She is spayed and litter trained and must be kept indoors. She has a very gentle nature and is very loving. She would be the most comfortable in a home without children or other cats. She doesn't care for dogs but will tolerate small dogs without aggression. Riley and her brothers and sisters were abandoned in a house after the tenants moved. They were just 2 1/2 weeks old. When we found them, they were very emaciated and dehydrated, as well as the mother. Riley and the litter were bottle-fed and nursed to recovery. Riley was the runt of the litter, and though we lost two of her siblings, she was a fighter, and survived. She is a very special cat and only the perfect home will do. Contact Lindsey at lindseydeible@hotmail.com.

I’m a neutered male orange tabby approximately 2-3 yrs old. I am healthy, tested FIV/FELV negative and I’ve had all my shots including the boosters. I was just recently taken off the street so I’m still a little skittish around strangers. I’m very laid back and affectionate and I want to be friends with all the other cats –I’m not too sure about dogs though. You can pick me up and I would love to sit on your lap and sleep on your bed. I love to play with toys and I like to be inside and outside. I have a lot of love and affection to give to some nice person. My foster mother loves me but she can’t keep me since she already has too many cats in the house and they just don’t like me even though I keep trying to be friends. Call my foster mother at 614-395-3357 if you would like to adopt me. Adoption fee of $25 will go to charity.
I’m a neutered male long haired solid gray big old fluffy thing. I’m about 2 and a half years old and I weigh about 13 pounds. I’m healthy and have been tested FIV/FELV negative and I’ve had shots though I might be due again soon. I do have to eat Science Diet dry food since it seems to be the only food that doesn’t give me diarrhea. I would probably cost you about $15 a month to feed. I like to be inside and outside and I like other cats but I’m not used to dogs or children. I’m a laid back low maintenance cat. I don’t like to be picked up and I won’t sit on your lap but I’ll sit next to you on the couch or on the arm of your recliner so you can pet me. I wouldn’t mind sleeping in your bed either. My mother rescued me from an apartment complex where I had been abandoned. My mother thinks I’m a real sweetie but she just can’t afford to take care of me anymore. Call my mother at 614-395-3357 if you would like to adopt me. Adoption fee of $25 will go to charity.

Ramona was found at Clear Creek Metro Park near the Ramona Lake Trail in Hocking County. She was sitting on a picnic table near the shelter. There are absolutely no houses near here, so the only explanation is that she was dumped. She ran up to Christina looking for food and attention. She is extremely skinny and will need to gain some weight back. Christina took her home but can not keep her. Ramona LOVES attention and having her head scratched (check out picture) and would make a wonderful house cat or barn cat. She is extremely sweet and a very easy keeper. Very quiet. Good litter box habits. She would probably be a permanent fixture on your couch. She deserves better than to be thrown out like a piece of trash.
She has been vet checked and has her first round of shots and flea treatment and is negative for feline leukemia and AIDS. The vet thought she was between 7 and 8 years of age (no spring chicken, but not ancient either). Hard to tell though since she is severally underweight. Other than that, vet said she looked good. In fact, he said that she is already fixed (lucky me). Please contact Christina Wieg at (740) 385-0160 or email wiegc@netscape.net if you can find room in your heart and home for this sweet cat.
