My name is Oliver. I am an extremely loveable 9 month old kitten. I get along with other cats and dogs. I would make a wonderful addition to your family. Adopt me and receive a lifetime of love. If you would like to give me a new forever home please call my foster mom, Joyce, at 740-653-1739.
PLEASE GIVE TUFFY A LOVING HOME. He is a buff and white male kitty. He is approximately 4 years old. He came to us for help. His family left him to starve. He only weighed 4 pounds when he came to us. We took him in are feeding him. He has been treated for worms, fleas and ear mites. Tuffy is a very loving kitty and want to be loved in return.
He is doing well now and ready for a new and loving forever home, where someone will give him love and care he so desperately needs and deserves. He would make someone living alone a wonderful companion. He is litter trained and loves to lay on your lap and sleep. We have 4 kitties of our own and can’t keep him. We named him Tuffy because he fought so hard to live when he was left to starve. TUFFY NEEDS YOU.
My name is Norma. You can call me anytime @ 740-569-7680
This beautiful kitten was left on my porch. She appears to be about 6 months old. She is sweet just needs a wonderful family to show her what a great life she could have and deserves. If you want to give her a forever home please call Carol at 614-864-4755.
Riley is a dark calico who is six year old female cat. She is spayed and litter trained and must be kept indoors. She has a very gentle nature and is very loving. She would be the most comfortable in a home without children or other cats. She doesn't care for dogs but will tolerate small dogs without aggression. Riley and her brothers and sisters were abandoned in a house after the tenants moved. They were just 2 1/2 weeks old. When we found them, they were very emaciated and dehydrated, as well as the mother. Riley and the litter were bottle-fed and nursed to recovery. Riley was the runt of the litter, and though we lost two of her siblings, she was a fighter, and survived. She is a very special cat and only the perfect home will do. Contact Lindsey at lindseydeible@hotmail.com.
We must find home for his cat. He has Asthma, and we have to part with him. Bear is 5 years old, has been neutered and de-clawed, has never been outside. He is a good cat but shy. Adoption fee $25.00. If you are interested in giving Bear a new forever home please call. 614-837-1880 or 614-633-7290.
These 3 adorable kittens are looking for a forever home. They were dropped off at their foster home when their momma was in labor for them. She stopped taking care of them when the were about three weeks old, therefore foster Mommy and Daddy had to bottle feed them. They are all females, very playful, likes other cats and dogs! Adopt any of these babies and recieve a lifetime of love. If you are interested in being the proud owner either fill out an on line application or e-mail dlock1950@yahoo.com.
These kittens were left on our porch and there is no way we can keep them. We already have 3 dogs and allergies to cats runs in our family. There are five kittens and they are all very friendly and personable. They desperately need an indoor home before winter hits. If interested, please contact Ashley at 740-603-7401.
I’m a neutered male orange tabby approximately 2-3 yrs old. I am healthy, tested FIV/FELV negative and I’ve had all my shots including the boosters. I was just recently taken off the street so I’m still a little skittish around strangers. I’m very laid back and affectionate and I want to be friends with all the other cats –I’m not too sure about dogs though. You can pick me up and I would love to sit on your lap and sleep on your bed. I love to play with toys and I like to be inside and outside. I have a lot of love and affection to give to some nice person. My foster mother loves me but she can’t keep me since she already has too many cats in the house and they just don’t like me even though I keep trying to be friends. Call my foster mother at 614-395-3357 if you would like to adopt me. Adoption fee of $25 will go to charity.
I’m a neutered male long haired solid gray big old fluffy thing. I’m about 2 and a half years old and I weigh about 13 pounds. I’m healthy and have been tested FIV/FELV negative and I’ve had shots though I might be due again soon. I do have to eat Science Diet dry food since it seems to be the only food that doesn’t give me diarrhea. I would probably cost you about $15 a month to feed. I like to be inside and outside and I like other cats but I’m not used to dogs or children. I’m a laid back low maintenance cat. I don’t like to be picked up and I won’t sit on your lap but I’ll sit next to you on the couch or on the arm of your recliner so you can pet me. I wouldn’t mind sleeping in your bed either. My mother rescued me from an apartment complex where I had been abandoned. My mother thinks I’m a real sweetie but she just can’t afford to take care of me anymore. Call my mother at 614-395-3357 if you would like to adopt me. Adoption fee of $25 will go to charity.
Rags was born to a feral mom and came to me when she was about 6 weeks old. Rags and her siblings fortunately were healthy. However, their mother passed away a few weeks later. Rags is a long hair black with a little grey in her tail and behind her ears with lovely yellow/green eyes. She is very active, smart, playful, affectionate, and is a lap kitty. She gets along well with everyone in the house including my well behaved dogs. She will make a wonderful addition to your home. If interested please contact Brenda at 614/231-0434.
Missy Kitty was born to a stray cat out of doors and a nice family brought her and her brother inside. Missy Kitty accidentally got her leg broken and since they couldn't afford the necessary medical care she was surrendered to Whiskers. Her leg has been amputated and she is totally healed. She is now an excellent jumper, climber, and keeps up with all the other cats and she even likes my well behaved dogs. She is a little shy at first, but soon warms up to you. She loves to be petted and fussed over, is playful, active, and in the middle of everything you are trying to do! If you would like to add this bundle of joy to your family please call Brenda at 614/231-0434.
Grey was born to a feral cat and a nice lady managed to catch him and I received him when he was about 7 weeks old. He has the typical personality of a tuxedo cat. He is very intelligent, independent, active, playful, mischievous, and loveable. He loves chasing feathers. He is still too young to know if he will be a lap kitty, but he does like to be held and petted. He gets along well with all the other kitties and my well behaved dogs. If you would like to make this little guy a permanent member of your family please call Brenda at 614/231-0434.
Angel is a lovely loving all snow white cat with gorgeous blue eyes. She is of medium size. She was very callously left behind out of doors when her pet parents moved. This is a death sentence for any domesticated cat used to living in doors, but for Angel this was particularly cruel since she is deaf which increases the danger for her out of doors. She is playful, affectionate, intelligent, and a lap kitty. She is nervous at first meetings but will soon warm up to you. She startles at sudden movements so will need to be in a quiet calm environment. Would be best with no small or active children. She is frightened of other cats and dogs at first. Would probably be best if she was an only pet, but I feel she could get used to a laid back older cat or dog that would be slower moving and not jumping on her wanting to play. If you feel she would be a wonderful addition to your home please contact Brenda at 614/231-0434.

We are seeking a home for our 6 year old full blooded black lab “Savannah”. She is spayed, housebroken and loves people. Unfortunately we have acquired 4 other dogs over the years and Savannah does not care for the company of the three small dogs we have. She gets along well with dogs her own size, loves adults and children (our 1 year old grandchild climbs all over her and she loves it). She is not able to roam the house or yard freely because of the interaction with the small dogs. We feel she deserves a family of her very own that she doesn’t have to share with other dogs. She has always been kept indoors and we would hope to find her a home who would let her contiune to live inside. She is crate trained and loves being in it. She travels well in the car. Please help us find her a wonderful home. If you want to make a difference in her life please contact Teresa at 740-777-1965 or email at blazer6@hotmail.com.
Evan came to me this summer after he had been dumped in Bexley when he was about 4-5 months old. He was very thin when he came to me. Several day later he was having surgery for obstructed bowels. Apparently he was so hungry he everything and nnything including pine cones! He has recovered well from the surgery and one would eever know his past by looking at him now! He is very affectionate - loves to put his arms around your neck and give sloppy kisses. He is very playful, affectionate, and smart. He loves to be on your lap and involved in everything you do. He tolerates my well behaved dogs well. They are not great friends, but there is no spatting. He does well with all the other cats, except one of my adult males - gets along with the other four just fine though. It might be best if he is placed only with female cats or males who do not want to be alpha. If you think this handsome boy would be a good fit for your family please call Brenda at 614/231-0434.
Ramona was found at Clear Creek Metro Park near the Ramona Lake Trail in Hocking County. She was sitting on a picnic table near the shelter. There are absolutely no houses near here, so the only explanation is that she was dumped. She ran up to Christina looking for food and attention. She is extremely skinny and will need to gain some weight back. Christina took her home but can not keep her. Ramona LOVES attention and having her head scratched (check out picture) and would make a wonderful house cat or barn cat. She is extremely sweet and a very easy keeper. Very quiet. Good litter box habits. She would probably be a permanent fixture on your couch. She deserves better than to be thrown out like a piece of trash.
She has been vet checked and has her first round of shots and flea treatment and is negative for feline leukemia and AIDS. The vet thought she was between 7 and 8 years of age (no spring chicken, but not ancient either). Hard to tell though since she is severally underweight. Other than that, vet said she looked good. In fact, he said that she is already fixed (lucky me). Please contact Christina Wieg at (740) 385-0160 or email wiegc@netscape.net if you can find room in your heart and home for this sweet cat.
Rosie is an approximately 8 month old female tabby cat. I found her laying in a ditch on a rainy spring day. She was skinny, ill with toxoplasmosis and (I would find out later) pregnant. 3 months later she is the mother of two kittens Nala & Mao and she is doing quite well. I need to find a home for her because all of my cats are feline leukemia + and she is not. So if you could offer Rosie a forever home please email me at CGSkeens@yahoo.com .

Krueger was live trapped while living with a colony of feral cats. We quickly discovered that he was not himself feral, but most likely was callously dumped by his previous owners. When he came to us he had several infected bite marks, feline dermatitis, and the tip of his tail was broken in 2 places. We can only imagine how terrifying his life must have been. He has bounced back beautifully. He is now very healthy, neutered, and shots to date. His personality has been wonderful from his first day with us. He is very affectionate and you cannot pet him enough. He follows me from room to room, sits on my lap, sleeps on my bed, and lays on my book or mail while I am trying to read them!! He loves to be combed. He gets along quite well with all the cats. He has learned to tolerate my well behaved dog, but would probably be best if he was in a home without dogs. He will do fine with children. If you are interested in Krueger as a part of your home please contact Brenda at 614/231-0434.
Update: Krueger has recently been diagnosed with diabetes. He is now on a special diet and receives Insulin twice a day. He is doing wonderfully and is still a wonderful boy. It will take a Special Family for this Special Boy. Please if you feel you are the right match for this guy and Want to give him the chance to be a doted on member of your family rather than one of many As he is in my home, please contact me at the information above!

Bunny is a spayed female. She is maybe a couple of years old. She was rescued from a neighborhood where people were getting ready to poison cats to get rid of them. She is such a sweet girl and deserves a fantastic home.
Victor is a neutered male. He is a few years old and was also saved from poisoning in a bad neighborhood. He is a very sweet and handsome boy. Please consider him if you are looking for a new friend.
